At Risotto & more, food is more than just nourishment - it is an experience. We are passionate about sharing the timeless art of risotto with Brussels, creating dishes that combine tradition and creativity.
What?
In choosing the types of risottos that make up the menu, we have proposed both risottos typical of the culinary tradition of north-central Italy and risottos closer to that of southern Italy, sometimes reworked creatively. In addition, we have also chosen risottos made with ingredients and products that are an excellence in Belgium, such as mussels and red fruits.
How?
